Gift Orders
We offer separate shipping options in our shopping cart. Should you wish to purchase a gift for someone and have it shipped directly to them, enter your address in the section for Billing Address and the address for the receiver of your gift in the Shipping Address.
We also offer gift certificates, which can be mailed directly to the recipient with your own special message.
We offer gift wrapping at an additional charge of $4.00 CAD . Should you wish to have a gift sent wrapped , enter this in the Comments section of your shopping cart and we will add this option to your order.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on merchandise within 30 days of your receiving your order. Items for exchange must be in the original packaging, must be in new condition, must not be soiled or have been worn (trying on briefly for fit is ok) and must not have been laundered. Shipping your merchandise for exchange to us is at your own expense. We will cover the return shipping charges at no extra cost to you (some restrictions apply: Boppy Pillows, International Orders, etc. Contact us for more details.)
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your receiving your goods. Articles must be in new condition (must not be worn, laundered, soiled or damaged in any way) . Slings that have been soiled or laundered may be returned for a partial refund depending on their condition, and will be re-sold at a reduced rate as used. We cannot accept the return of opened nursing pads, Underwear, or cloth diapers . Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable.
If you desire to return a purchase for a refund, please notify us by telephone or e-mail before sending it back. This will avoid any confusion.
Should items be returned in unacceptable condition (ie. soiled, laundered, damaged), the buyer will have the option of having them shipped back at their expense. Contacting us ahead of time will avoid any of these miscommunications.
Privacy Policy
All personal information given to TwinkleLittleStar.com will be kept confidential and will only be used to fill your order. We do not sell our customer lists. If you should like to receive information on new product releases, upcoming sales and special discounts, please subscribe to our newsletter on the Home page (you will also be privy to a wealth of articles and information if you do!).

Please keep in mind when contacting us by phone that we work out of our home. Although we always welcome calls from our customers, you may hear the pitter patter (ok, more like the pounding of an elephant herd) and the chorus (happy or unhappy ruckusing) of our wonderful family in the background. We are not always about during business hours, but you are always welcome to leave us a message on our voicemail and we will return your call promptly. Please only call between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, Atlantic Time, Monday to Friday (we are not open on the weekends).
