Maternity and Baby Items Shipping
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post AirMail, unless a special request is made. If you wish to have an order rushed, additional fees will be charged. Specify if you require a specific time frame for delivery in the comments section of your shopping cart, and we will find a way to get it to you in that time frame. In the case of special shipping requests we will contact you with a quote on shipping fees for your approval before sending your order.
Expect your order to arrive at your door within 3-4 weeks of ordering, although it will usually take less than half that time.
Regular shipping fees do not include insurance. Should you wish to have your package insured, please indicate this in the special instructions section of your shopping cart and we will contact you with a quote on shipping options. We reccomend that all packages be insured to protect yourself from loss or damage of merchandise. We are not responsible for merchandise that becomes lost or damaged in the mail in the case that insurance is not purchased. In the event that an insured package is lost or damaged, we will re-send the order at no cost to the customer.

If you wish to reduce your shipping fees, we can ship parcels ground mail, which takes longer than air mail by about a week or two. Please let us know this in the special instructions section of your shopping cart.
Optional: (highly reccomended) Insurance - we will contact you with a quote on your shipping options. Please indicate that you wish to purchase insurance in the special instructions section of your shopping cart.

North American Shipping Information
Small packet airmail is $6.50 US, with delivery standards of approximately 9-14 business days. Small packet airmail includes insurance up to $80 US, but does not include a tracking number.
We strongly reccomend choosing our Xpress post option, currently offered at $19.60 US. Xpress post delivery to US locations is 5-7 business days or less (8 business days to Hawaii), with tracking capabilities and insurance. Delivery times are guaranteed by Canada Post. Xpress post is the best way to insure a timely and safe delivery of your item, while remaining affordable.A tracking number is an extra measure of protection for your purchase, and allows you to track on-line at Canada Post when your package will arrive. You will be sent an automatic confirmation e-mail from Canada Post with your tracking number upon shipment of your parcel.
All shipping options are offered at cost.
